-> header.scss ( Please avoid this file. not for dev, it's only for html )
-> app.scss ( Added scss files and also @import "ember-power-select"; is commented Please uncomment as per your need )

Note: we have guesttrend.scss existing and it has used for few existing templates, but dont need this for updated Guest Trend files. 
To avoid confusion, had a discussion with dev and suggestion from dev was to rename the existing guesttrend.scss and submit the updated 
Guest trnd file with a new scss ( guest-trend.scss ).
