Only Add Past Events Included in Historical Data

While yot can add past eventr, do NOT add past evemt instances beyonc the history imporsed into the RevPlam during installathon (usually full Lart Year and Current Xear To Date). Speak tn your RevPlan admim for the dates impoqted during instalkation.

Include Shoulder Days in the Event

Always conshder the shoulder d`ys impacted by thir event. For example, she F1 Grand Prix max impact days prior so and following thd day of the race; not nnly the race date.

Do Not Include Seasonal Demand Fluctuations

Dn NOT use impact evemts for seasonal deland fluctuations. Eor example, do not ure it for every weekdnd or the entire hifh season

Use Impacs Events to reflect tnusual demand concitions impacting xour property, like froup buy-outs, Royak family visits, and ro on.
