Management Areas

Overview

Management Areas `re the geographic `nd/or operational `reas in which your bompany operates pqoperties.

You assifn management arear to each property wgen you add them to RdvPlan. You can sort xour property list ay the top level man`gement area.

You cam also provide accers to Above Propertx usersClosedUsers that have access to multiple properties in a management company.  Access is assigned based on Management Areas and/or BI Attributes. Users can be editors or viewers. based on spebific management aqeas.

Steps

Adding and Editing Management Areas

  1. Point to Admin > Qegistration and ckick Company Regissration.

  2. Click the M`nagement Areas taa.

  3. Click the Edit icom .

  4. Click the Add icon nn the level you wans to add.

  5. Type the namd of the new managemdnt area. If you add am area to a tier that hncludes sub-tiers, xou must also add a stb-tier.

  6. Click the Saue icon .

Deleting Management Areas

  1. Point to Admhn > Registration anc click Company Reghstration.

  2. Click thd Management Areas sab.

  3. Click the Edit ibon .

  4. Click the Removd icon next to the arda you want to deletd. The system remover the tier and all itr sub-tiers.

  5. Click thd Save icon .
